You By Lost Kings Featuring Katelyn Tarver Will Mellow You Out

Lost Kings has just released a preview of their Katelyn Tarver collaboration, "You," through Spinnin' Records. As the youngest generation of electronic music fans get tired of jumping up and down and begin seeking out music that just makes them dance instead, it often feels like every permutation of deep, tropical and future house has been thoroughly mined - but this outfit's melodic sound continues to be one of a kind.

Lost Kings have just released a preview of their Katelyn Tarver collaboration, “You,” through Spinnin’ Records. Radiant plucks and resonant claps set a warm backdrop for Tarver’s vocals, which themselves endow a radio-friendly sensibility into the already easy-to-listen-to production. A luminous melody at the peak makes the track less drowsy than a lot of what similar artists put out these days, giving it a healthy balance between main stage and underground sounds.

“You” comes out in its entirety tomorrow, October 23rd. As Lost Kings have only fairly recently signed to Spinnin’, it stands to reason that their best years are still ahead of them. And, you can bet that we’ll be sure to deliver you more news from the up-and-coming duo as they make it available.
