At Least HARD Summer’s Official Recap Video Made It Through The Blackout

Controversies aside, it looks like HARD Summer was a good time for most attendees.

HARD Summer just released an official recap video from this year’s edition that captures headliner performances and audience interaction alike into a four-minute highlight reel from the festival. With all the good times captured in the video you wouldn’t suspect that this was the same promotional company which recently denied credentials for HARD Day of the Dead to all of its prospective media partners, before amending the decision to grant passes to “qualifying media.”

A series of crowd shots opens up the video while the G house stylings of “The Streets” by Vanilla Ace sets an urban tone for the video. Shots of Flosstradamus, Disclosure, Dillon Francis and A-Trak among others segue into Djemba Djemba’s “Oh Ok Yeah That’s Cool,” a Baauer-esque trap banger that sets a lively backdrop for the aerial footage of pyrotechnics that accompanies the rest of the stage and crowd angles taken from the HARD Summer festival grounds.

Check out the HARD Summer official recap video above and keep on the lookout for another one from HARD Day of the Dead sometime after the show takes place this weekend.
