Just because festival season’s slowing down doesn’t mean Martin Garrix is. Less than a week after releasing “Poison,” he’s used his DJ set at Escape: Psycho Circus in SoCal as a platform to debut a brand new Jay Hardway collaboration.

The two Dutchmen collaborated on last year’s “Wizard.” While the sound quality of the recording makes it difficult to make very specific remarks on the ID, it trades in the thoroughly rinsed big room house sound of the previous release with the slightly more introspective musings of Garrix’s recent work. Nonetheless, its invigorating drops are still plenty to set a sold-out crowd into motion, as evidenced by the video.

Meanwhile, Hardway’s own “Electric Elephants” just came out through Spinnin’ – ironically, the label with which Martin Garrix parted two months ago. With a few major collaborations under his belt in 2015, Jay Hardway might prove a name to watch in the coming months.

In the meantime, though, listen to the recording of Martin Garrix and Jay Hardway’s as-yet-unnamed collaboration from Escape: Psycho Circus and let us know what you think by sounding off in the comments section.
