Studios are constantly battling leaks these days (earlier this week, Paramount were forced to release the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 trailer early for that exact reason), and now a first look at X-Men: Apocalypse has come courtesy of some leaked screengrabs from the upcoming teaser for the Bryan Singer-helmed release.
In the images, we get a first look at Archangel taking flight, a white eyed Storm utilizing her destructive powers, Cyclops, Jean Grey and Nightcrawler suited up and ready for action, and the titular villain himself as he prepares to battle the X-Men.
While everyone’s focus has so far been on the likes of Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and Captain America: Civil War, it’s perfectly possible that X-Men: Apocalypse will actually end up stealing the show next year. We’ll find out for sure when the movie is released on May 27th, 2016.
