If last week’s now-pulled set video placed a spotlight on Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange, then today’s new set photo appears to reveal his base of operations: the Sanctum Sanctorum.

First posted by Marvel producer Louis D’Esposito, the still image has been a topic of debate among fans, with some eagle-eyed viewers pointing to the relic on the door as the Seal of the Vishanti, while the artefact on the table below it bears a striking resemblance to the fabled Eye of Agamotto, an ancient item used by Hugo Strange to defeat the dastardly Dormammu.

Outside of the mystical props, you’ll see D’Esposito standing alongside Scott Derrickson and Stephen Broussard, who are bringing Doctor Strange to life as director and producer, respectively. Without any caption of note, it’s clear that there is much more to meets the eye in today’s image, and while the set appears to be designed to resemble the Sanctum Sanctorum, it could also house The Ancient One, Tilda Swinton’s all-powerful being who mentors Cumberbatch’s lead in the deft arts of the supernatural.

Regardless, what we see here is merely the barebones version of the interior environment, and considering that Marvel has promised a visually stunning feature, there’s still plenty to be done before the studio releases anything official.

Headlining the superhero flick as the Sorcerer Supreme is Benedict Cumberbatch, with a cast that includes Chiwetel Ejiofor as Baron Mordo, Swinton, Rachel McAdams, Michael Stuhlbarg, Scott Adkins, Amy Landecker, and Mads Mikkelsen in an undisclosed role.

Doctor Strange will follow in quick succession to Captain America: Civil War when Scott Derrickson’s mystical feature opens on November 4, 2016.
