Dinosaur hunters rejoice: a remastered version of the classic Turok: Dinosaur Hunter is now available for PC via Steam and GOG.com. First released in 1997, the game was considered to be nothing short of revolutionary when it first hit the PC and Nintendo 64 consoles.

Turok has you wielding an immense arsenal of weapons as you fight to defend the planet from time-traveling warriors, demons, and – of course – dinosaurs. If you have never played the game before, then the remastered edition could be the perfect tool to rectify that. Turok has been remastered by Night Dive Studios for today’s modern gaming audience, and some of the updated features include:

• Reconstructed game engine that captures the look and feel of the original while also supporting today’s technology

• Improved menus and customisation options

• Modernized graphics that accommodate widescreen and high-resolution monitors

• Support for gamepads and keyboard binding

• Support for Steam achievements and trading cards

For a limited time, this remaster of Turok: Dinosaur Hunter is available with a 20% discount, making this the perfect time to dive in and hunt down those pesky dinosaurs.
