The new trailer from Romino Games gives a great look at the refined chaos set to come to the game with the expansion, as well as introducing a number of new characters that will be available. These new characters will be the only aspect of the expansion that you’ll have to pay for, and all told, the Overdrive experience will include:

  • New Matchmaking
  • Premium Characters
  • Overhauled Game Mechanics
  • A Visual Update
  • New ‘Starstorm’ Map

The update will also grant players eventual access to the community-designed character, Ix the Interloper at a later date. The expansion is due to launch in March 2016, and players who pre-order the whole thing will get exclusive free access to an additional character skin for the newly introduced Yoolip.

Check out the trailer above and see if you’re ready to take on the chaos of Awesomenauts: Overdrive.
