It’s no secret that toys and various other promotional items are misleading when it comes to what they reveal about upcoming blockbusters, but does this Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice set feature the movie’s secret villain?
There’s been a lot of talk about there being more to the movie’s final act than a battle between the Trinity and Doomsday, and when that creation fails to stop them, why wouldn’t Lex Luthor don the battle suit in the photos above to try and defeat the heroes? It may seem a little like overkill, but it’s certainly possible. After all, it would be odd for this set to have thrown an armoured Lex Luthor in completely at random.
Starring Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman and Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, with Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane returning from Man of Steel, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred and Holly Hunter in a role newly created for the film, Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice is set to open in theaters on March 25th, 2016.
