After a somewhat tumultuous 2015, Mat Zo has revealed that he will release his follow up to 2013’s Damage Control in early February. A particularly below-the-belt Twitter tirade saw the English DJ/producer attack the likes of Tiësto and Armin Van Buuren, but despite the bridges he might have burned in the process, he’s managed to move forward with his career.

In response to a fan’s inquiry about the upcoming album, Mat Zo tweeted the following:

In addition, he teased the album in a somewhat backwards manner by uploading all the demos that didn’t make the cut onto his SoundCloud account. The final decision to include or not include a track was made by both Mat Zo and his management. “If we all weren’t happy with it, it didn’t go on the album,” he pointed out.
