Looking for that perfect summer jam? The one with the infectious hook and uplifting beat? Well, I think I found it. Released today was a new single from the Gym Class Heroes ft. Adam Levine. The song is called Stereo Hearts and is the first single from the band’s upcoming album, The Papercut Chronicles II, which is due out this fall.
The song switches from smooth rapping by band frontman Travie McCoy to a melodic chorus by Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine. The track feels very fresh and is very listenable. I’ve had it on repeat all night. I generally do like the Gym Class Heroes and with the addition of Adam Levine, they have a hit on their hands with Stereo Hearts. The hook will have you singing along with it and I promise you this will be played at your next party.
