Much of that deserves to be credited to its unique marketing campaign, and the latest addition to that is another hilarious video featuring Ryan Reynolds in character as the Merc with the Mouth.

Celebrating Australia Day, Deadpool makes a point of taking some shots at Wolverine and specifically his appearance in the critically panned X-Men Origins: Wolverine. That movie is no doubt going to be the butt of many jokes in Deadpool given the way it handled the character, but it remains a mystery whether Hugh Jackman is going to actually make some sort of cameo appearance here. It would certainly be a fantastic surprise if he does.

Starring Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, T.J. Miller, Ed Skrein, Gina Carano, and Brianna Hildebrand, Deadpool is set to be released on February 12th, 2016.
