Never one to shy away from including cheeky Easter eggs in its games, Nintendo’s included some new ones in this week’s The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess HDand if we didn’t know better, we’d even think the Big N is teasing us just a little bit.

The discovery, made by YouTube user HMK, is one of those blink and you’ll miss it types, and unless you buy games to gawk at the in-game fixtures hung on the walls, you’d walk right past these teasers without a second’s thought.

If you head over to Chudley’s Fine Goods and Trinkets Emporium though, in the Castle Town surrounding Hyrule Castle itself, you’ll notice some colorful paintings adorning the walls of the store. Inspect them more closely, and you’ll probably find them to be eerily familiar. The framed photos are actually direct lifts of various promotional screenshots released by Nintendo for The Legend Of Zelda Wii U (still a working title).

If you want to see the Easter eggs with your own eyes when Twilight Princess HD hits shelves later this week, make sure to do it quick – they’ll be gone if you attempt to view them after certain events unfold in the main story.

The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD hits Wii U on March 4 in Europe and North America. The re-release of the GameCube/Wii title will help to keep fans busy during the wait for more news on Zelda Wii U, at least.
