First Look Promo For Supergirl Season 1, Episode 17 Released

Following last night’s action-packed episode of Supergirl, CBS has released a first look at what’s to come in next week’s instalment. Despite the biggest hook being getting to see what happened to Kara’s adoptive father on the day Martian Manhunter took Hank Henshaw’s place though, this promo doesn’t really touch on that.

It does, however, give us an idea of what to expect from what will be happening in present day National City. For more details on this episode of Supergirl, here’s the synopsis for “Manhunter”:

J’onn J’onzz reveals the details of meeting Kara and Alex’s father, Dr. Jeremiah Danvers (Dean Cain), and assuming Hank Henshaw’s identity. Also, Kara debates trusting someone new with her secret identity and Siobhan (Italia Ricci) plots against Kara, on SUPERGIRL, Monday, March 21st on CBS.

What’s next for Siobhan should be interesting to see, especially as we already know that it’s that villain (and Livewire) who Supergirl and The Flash will be teaming up against in the highly anticipated crossover later this month.

This week’s episode of Supergirl (which depicted Kara under the influence of Red Kryptonite) was hailed as one of the best to date by some, so things are definitely looking good for the DC Comics adaptation and we can hardly wait to see what else is in store for us.
