Finally, we have a release date for Flume's Skin LP.

Flume is no stranger to keeping us on our toes, but it seems he’s finally had enough with the mind games.

In one massive, quelling swoop, the Australian producer has announced the release date for his highly anticipated Skin LP, in addition to offering up another free download. The track available for grabs is nothing what you’d expect, yet it’s still oh-so Flumey.

Titled “Wall Fuck,” it’s an abstract adventure into the realms of ambient bass, but with a disconcerting twist. The track’s samples range from incredibly unpleasant to vastly entertaining, dragging listeners through this rough terrain whether they like it or not.

Coupled with the official album announcement, the track certainly leaves us with innumerable questions regarding what to expect from Skin, and it’s stirred our interest all the more. I guess we’ll just have to wait until the album’s release on May 27th.
