Regardless of the many issues people had with Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, the vast majority have agreed that Ben Affleck’s Dark Knight was a definite highlight. Luckily, we don’t have too much longer to wait before seeing him again, as the hero is set to make an appearance in Suicide Squad this August.

Not much is known about his role in the film, but the trailers and set photos have confirmed that he’s involved in a chase sequence with The Joker (Jared Leto) and Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie). So, it’s just a cameo appearance then, right? Well, according to a new report, Batman’s involvement in Suicide Squad could be quite a bit more significant than that.

“The film tested recently, they had test screenings, and according to sources, check this out, there is a lot more Batman in the movie than they are letting on.”

That’s obviously a pretty vague statement, so it’s probably best to take this with a pinch of salt for the time being. Even so, it’s interesting to ponder what Suicide Squad could have in store for the Caped Crusader. Will we see him take on other members of Task Force X, or will those old rumours about him breaking into A.R.G.U.S. end up being correct?
