Hoops Mode, as it is known, will be available to download free of charge from April 26, bringing with it “a dynamic basketball twist to [the] classic soccer-meets-driving gameplay.” Ardent NBA fans may also be interested in the Flag Pack releasing alongside next week’s DLC. Price at $1.99, the add-on bundles together a total of 30 flags, meaning you can sport your team colors while duking it out in Psyonix’s racer.

Indeed, the studio points out that, even if you don’t feel inclined to pick up the extra add-on, all players who download the Rocket League patch come April 26 will unlock the NBA logo flag.
