The version of Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War that’s been screened for press over the last couple of weeks did not contain a post-credits stinger (only a brief scene involving Bucky right after the end title sequence), but the movie has now officially opened in Korea and France, and details of a spectacular second scene are doing the rounds.

The scene in question is going to make Spider-Man fans very happy, as we catch up with Peter Parker (Tom Holland) following his intense battle with several of The Avengers‘ finest.

Here’s a full breakdown of the scene in question, courtesy of CBM:

The scene opens with Peter Parker playing around with his web-shooters (though these are ones which were seemingly rebuilt for him by Tony Stark) as he has a conversation with his Aunt May. All of a sudden, a red beam shines from it, something he’s forced to hide when she walks into his bedroom. All the while, they’re talking about Peter’s black eye, one he admits he got from a guy called Steve from Brooklyn…yes, THAT Steve from Brooklyn!

There’s some fun banter between Peter and his hot aunt – including a subtle reference to Giant-Man – and then Peter shines the beam up at the ceiling, revealing the classic red Spidey logo he would shine on criminals in the comics, only it’s now some sort of computer interface. The screen goes to black, and we see “Spider-Man will return.

It’s great to hear that we’ll be getting some more of Spidey in the movie – especially since he basically just vanishes from the story after taking a few licks during the airport battle, and shares a few final words with Iron Man. Plus, seeing as he’s definitely a highlight of the film, fans will no doubt be happy to spend a few more minutes with him before his upcoming solo outing.

Captain America: Civil war opens in North America on May 6th.
