This week’s influx of news on Sony’s webhead reboot Spider-Man: Homecoming is showing no signs of slowing down. Shortly after bringing you word that Community‘s Donald Glover had joined the cast, Prometheus‘ Logan Marshall-Green and Silicon Valley‘s Martin Starr both signed on the dotted line in two additional roles. Then we got the official debunk from director Jon Watts on the matter of Michael Barbieri’s character. And now? Let’s just say Watts hasn’t finished addressing the issue of a fan-favorite from the comics making an appearance.

The biggest talking point surrounding the movie since Glover came aboard is who he’s playing. Is it the long-rumored Miles Morales? Unfortunately, Watts remained mum on the topic during this morning’s interview with The Daily Beast:

“I can’t talk about anything like that! That would have been so amazing, if I’d just completely spilled some secret like that by accident.  I probably can’t say anything. There’s a little sniper dot on me at all times, just in case. They’ll hit me with a tranq dart.”

He hasn’t confirmed one way or another if Donald Glover is playing Miles Morales; but had Morales not been a part of the reboot at all, surely it’d be simple to just say no, right? Even if Morales, an African American, doesn’t suit up or drop by for a fleeting cameo, Watts is dedicated to making this movie as diverse as possible:

“Peter Parker goes to high school in Queens, and Queens is one of—if not the—most diverse places in the world. So I just wanted it to reflect what that actually looks like.”

Rounding out the diverse cast of characters for Peter Parker’s first chapter in a brand new franchise are Marisa Tomei, Robert Downey Jr., Michael Keaton, Zendaya, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori and Kenneth Choi. Spider-Man: Homecoming arrives in theaters on July 7, 2017.
