LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens Enters UK Chart At #1

The Force is strong in the UK all-formats chart this week, with official figures revealing that TT Games’ licensed title LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens has opened at number one.

Elsewhere, fellow newcomer Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness entered the standings at sixth, while the familiar faces of FIFA 16, Overwatch, DOOM and Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End – buoyed by a price promotion – rounded out the top five.

Out of those titles, it was Ubisoft’s post-pandemic shooter The Division that received the biggest boost from a price promotion, with Chart-Track noting that sales spiked 72 percent relative to last week. There were also debuts for The Technomancer at 13th and Minecraft: Wii U Edition, which just made the cut by slotting into 18th.
