The teaser begins with glimpses of a few unknown characters (most likely Danny Rand’s family in flashback), before we get a flash of a couple of monks. Then, it’s on to modern day New York, and a rather disheveled looking Rand (Game of Thrones‘ Finn Jones) walking the streets.

It’s possible he looks that way because he’s just escaped from an asylum of some sort, as we see him struggling in a restraint-bed in the next shot. Finally, we get a quick hint of the great power Rand has come to posses, before a mysterious voice utters, “hello Danny.”

The very definition of a teaser, then, but still more than enough to whet the appetite for what’s to come, right?

Iron Fist will debut on Netflix in 2017. Tell us, what are you looking forward to seeing from the show? Sound off below and let us know.
