Calvin Harris is one of the few EDM producers who’s truly managed to cross-over into the world of mainstream pop, collaborating with A list vocalists like Rihanna and Ellie Goulding, while scoring a handful of chart topping hits along the way. Now it appears that he may have his sights set on teaming up with one of the biggest pop artists in the world.
Sources close to Harris have revealed his interest in producing a song with Kanye West. While there’s nothing outside of the rumor mill at this point, the source has stated that Harris “wants to make some music with Kanye down the road.” That’s not exactly proof that a collab will surface in the future, but a separate source close to West has mentioned that he “always thought” Harris is a talented producer, so there’s definitely the possibility.
Of course, a Kanye West collab would seem to be the perfect scheme for Calvin Harris to get back at his ex Taylor Swift, who was recently involved in yet another feud with West.
