Transformers: Fall of Cybertron is headed to current-gen consoles tomorrow, despite neither original developer High Moon Studios or publisher Activision making any sort of announcement. The confirmation comes as the sequel to 2010’s War for Cybertron was spotted on the Australian PlayStation Store by Twitter user Sora96 (via VideoGamer) and, according to the listing, the port will come with all previously released DLC.

The Multiplayer Havoc Pack, DINOBOT Destructor Pack and Massive Fury Pack add-ons, as well as the base game is currently listed on the Australian PS Store at $49.95 AUD ($37 USD) and was reportedly up on the Xbox Store for $69.95 ($53 USD), although the latter listing seems to have been removed.

Hopefully we’ll learn more concerning the nature of the port when it releases in North America tomorrow, but it’s currently unclear if this version of Fall of Cybertron is just a re-release of the original or whether those handling the move – Fun Labs (thanks, Gematsu) – have enhanced or improved the third-person shooter in any way.

While we wait for confirmation, why not take a trip down memory lane and read our review of the original release to find out why High Moon Studio’s efforts resulted in possibly the greatest Transformer title released to date.
