As expected, deadmau5’s Ultra Japan set weighs heavy with his own material, opening with 2014’s “Avaritia” from while(1<2) before touching on better known tunes like “Strobe,” “Faxing Berlin,” and “FML” later on in the tracklist. In addition to playing out his own music, the mau5 drops a number of techno tracks from artists like Maceo Plex, Jay Lumen, Guy Mantzur and more.

Fans will also be pleased to know that a few unreleased IDs made their way into the mix as well. Overall, Deadmau5 delivers a sturdy performance throughout his set at Ultra Japan, and as always, it’s a treat to hear what he’s got cooking on the live front.
