Fifth Harmony Get Post-Apocalyptic In “That’s My Girl” Video

The summer may be over, but the songs from the summer are still going strong. Fifth Harmony has been ruling the charts with singles like “Work From Home” and “All In My Head (Flex),” but their new single, “That’s My Girl,” has the potential to do better than them both. With the song’s brand new music video, the girls are saving the world in a post-apocalyptic setting, and nothing really suits their larger-than-life personalities better than that.

“That’s My Girl” looks like it had one of the biggest music video budgets of the year, as it’s got a tone to it that is straight out of a Mad Max deleted scene. The Hannah Lux Davis directed clip shows Fifth Harmony as they trek through a dystopian land in matching white outfits, with a choreography routine that’s ridiculously on point. There’s never a dull moment throughout the video, and helicopters flying overhead while the group dance through the dust and dirt just adds to its level of awesome.

Fifth Harmony kills it once again with the music video for “That’s My Girl,” providing yet another fresh treatment that’s quite unlike anything we’ve seen from the pop realm. This is the first video we’ve gotten from them directed by Davis since “Miss Movin’ On” and “Me & My Girls,” so considering the success that “That’s My Girl” was, we can only hope for more collaborations between them in the future.
