Skrillex Teams Up With Kylie Jenner In New Fashion Ad

In his never ending quest to expand past the role of mere musician, Skrillex has taken some pretty wild career turns over the last few years. From transitioning from emo vocalist to brostep pioneer, to re-branding himself as a full fledged pop producer with his hit Justin Bieber collaboration, Sonny Moore is an artist who refuses to acknowledge the boundaries his fans often wish to impose upon him. His latest move, however, sees him taking a dive into the fashion world in a new ad with Kylie Jenner and rapper Tyga.

His latest move, however, sees him taking a dive into the fashion world in a new ad with Kylie Jenner and rapper Tyga.

For Alexander Wang’s Fall 2016 campaign, Skrillex has offered up some new music while showing his familiar face in the video itself. The tune kicks off with a sample from his Vic Mensa collab “No Chill,” before diving into a rowdy trap drop reminiscent of his recent single “Purple Lamborghini” with Rick Ross. The clip only shows off a portion of the former song, but we’re excited to hear the full version in the future.

In addition to Skrillex and Kylie Jenner, RL Grime, Vince Staples A$AP Ferg and Big Sean have all been confirmed to be part of the Alexander Wang campaign as well.
