During a live performance in Utah last month, Illenium took the opportunity to debut an upcoming collaboration with none other than Seven Lions and Said The Sky. Featuring a classic melodic dubstep sound, fans were understandably excited about an ID featuring all three producers and have waited patiently for the track to drop ever since. Thankfully, the wait is almost over now, as details surface regarding the song’s official release.

Titled “Rush Over Me,” the soon to be released collaboration features topline duties from Haliene, as heard when the song was played at Das Energi. “Rush Over Me” delivers emotional melodies and dreamy production values, as Haliene’s powerful singing runs over cascading synth chords, leading into a drop complete with massive bass swells and whining leads over heavy dubstep beats.

From what we’ve heard so far, Seven Lions‘ upcoming collaboration with Illenium and Said The Sky delivers the sort of heavy but melodic vibes you’d expect from its list of credits – leaving us very excited for its release.

“Rush Over Me” is scheduled to hit the shelves on October 10, but until then you can enjoy the clip below.
