The Human Target Arrives In New Images From This Week’s Episode Of Arrow

The CW has released the first official images from this Wednesday's episode of Arrow, and based on what we see here, this is clearly going to be a pretty huge instalment. The CW has released the first official images from this Wednesday’s episode of Arrow, and based on what we see here, this is clearly going to be a pretty huge instalment. The main reason for that is of course the fact that the Human Target (another old friend of Oliver Queen’s) is coming to Star City to help the vigilante/mayor out of another sticky situation.

That’s been caused by the fact Tobias Church has kidnapped Wild Dog and tortured him to find out the Green Arrow’s secret identity. As a result, despite being warned off from targeting the vigilante by Prometheus, the gangster is now going to take aim at the mayor in a bid for revenge.

For more on what to expect from this episode of Arrow – titled “Human Target” – here’s the official synopsis:

When Tobias Church (guest star Chad L. Coleman) captures and tortures one of Oliver’s new recruits, Oliver must turn to an old friend, Christopher Chance (guest star Wil Traval) AKA the Human Target, for help. Meanwhile, Felicity’s (Emily Bett Rickards) worlds collide when Detective Malone (guest star Tyler Ritter) joins the ACU. Laura Belsey directed the episode written by Oscar Balderrama & Sarah Tarkoff.

Along with our first look at Jessica Jones star Wil Traval as the character that this episode is named after, the gallery also showcases Green Arrow’s new team of vigilantes and teases perhaps the final battle between the hero and Church. If that’s the case, here’s hoping we’ll soon learn more about season five’s mysterious big bad, Prometheus.
