In usual bass house fashion, “Vibrations” kicks off with an irresistable four on the floor beat coupled with retro R&B vocal samples that are repeated throughout the build up, as punchy snares and a catchy melody grow in intensity. The track then explodes into the drop, with wobbly bass hits and screeching synths layered alongside pummeling rhythms and stuttering samples. Datsik and Bais Haus drop the energy down for a progressive style breakdown, before finishing strong with another drop.

“Vibrations” is definitely on par with the duo’s previous efforts and by this point, they really seem to have hit their stride. The blend of house beats and dubstep style bass riffs is a winning formula and Ephwurd have quickly cemented themselves as among the genre’s best acts.

“Vibrations” is available via Musical Freedom and can be purchased here.
