As we’ve previously heard from the previews leading up to its release, “Waiting” is a monster of a trap banger that strikes a balance between the sounds of its three creators. The new single kicks off with hushed ambience and a repeated vocal sample before a somber chord progression enters the mix. New sounds are introduced as the drums begin to build upward, leading into grinding drops complete with punchy trap beats, blaring sub bass and pitch shifted growls.

Considering the musical powerhouses behind it, “Waiting” was slated to be an epic release from the get go and it doesn’t disappoint. The build ups are melodic and forward thinking, while the drops are rowdy and unique sounding, resulting in a strong collaboration that you can expect to hear a lot of in the near future.
