Just when you thought Justin Bieber‘s troubled past was behind him, a new incident is dragging the pop singer back to the days of disorderly conduct and wild behavior. After the show, Bieber was riding in the back of an open windowed vehicle, greeting fans as he passed through a crowd on the way out of the venue. As he passes by the hordes of people, one rambunctious individual decided to reach into his window, prompting a swift jab to the face from the pop star. The whole thing was caught on camera, and naturally, it’s already going viral.

While the situation is pretty easily justified considering the fan’s invasive behavior, the video is taking off on the internet and probably won’t be helping Justin Bieber‘s image at all. The singer has been enjoying a bit of a renaissance in recent months as he’s emerged as a sought after EDM vocalist on recent efforts like “Cold Water” and “Let Me Love You,” but the new incident seems to be leaving a bad taste in a lot of people’s mouths.

Hopefully the whole ordeal will be forgotten soon enough and the Biebs can get back to focusing on his music.
