Not too long ago, a rumor cropped up that pointed to a new trailer for Justice League arriving soon. That was back in mid-November. We’re now well into December and still nothing has appeared – we haven’t even had any hints that one might be coming. It seems that DC fans shouldn’t lose hope just yet though, as we may be seeing it before the end of the month.
The studio has kept quiet on the status of the trailer thus far, but Instagram user Mikah McAllister claims that it’s right around the corner. How does he know this, you ask? Well, he actually met with Snyder recently and the director told him that the promotional campaign for the film would be kicking into gear at the end of December. Presumably, this means we’ll be seeing that rumored trailer very soon.
You can check out McAllister’s photo below, and for the full caption, feel free to visit his Instagram page.
Of course, this is far from concrete confirmation, but coupled with the rumor from back in November, it does have us sitting up and taking notice. After all, the film arrives in less than a year and the marketing machine for it has been relatively quiet thus far. We did get some BTS footage earlier this week, and an explosive trailer back at Comic-Con, but other than that, there really hasn’t been much.
With Rogue One: A Star Wars Story taking up the lion’s share of the attention this month, perhaps Warner Bros. is hoping to steal the spotlight just as we head into the new year? Time will ultimately tell, but chatter of a new Justice League is certainly picking up and if anything drops in the next few weeks, you can be sure we’ll have it for you as soon as it debuts.
Tell us, do you think the studio is going to surprise us with a brand new trailer for Snyder’s film? Sound off down below with your thoughts!
