Civil War Ensues In New Marvel’s Avengers: Ultron Revolution Clip

You have to admire what Marvel’s Avengers: Ultron Revolution is doing right now. Not only is it paying homage to the film Captain America: Civil War, but also somewhat echoes recent comic book arcs such as Civil War II, in addition to carving its own path.

When the action-packed animated series returns tomorrow with four all-new episodes set to air consecutively, viewers are in for what is quite essentially a feature length experience when the usual Avengers we know and love – namely Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, the Hulk, Black Widow and Falcon – must do battle with a strapping new team in the Mighty Avengers.

Their roster includes the likes of Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, Ant-Man, Vision, Songbird and Red Hulk, an eclectic lineup, to say the least. Several of those characters have been on the rise as of late, whether it be due to a cinematic appearance or a hot new comic that has launched, so it’s cool to see them finding exposure through other media.

In addition to the thrilling clip that Marvel has provided featuring the Avengers squaring off against some of the Inhumans, they’ve also sent over synopses for each of the four episodes set to air in the two-hour block, which you can check out below:

Marvel’s Avengers: Ultron Revolution – “Civil War Part One: The Fall of Attilan”

When the Avengers are forced to stop Maximus from wreaking havoc in Attilan and causing its citizens to lose control of their powers, the Registration Act is passed which mandates that all Inhumans register their identities with the government in the all-new MARVEL’S AVENGERS: ULTRON REVOLUTION airing Saturday, January 28 at 11:00am/10:00c on Disney XD.

Marvel’s Avengers: Ultron Revolution – “Civil War Part Two: The Mighty Avengers”

In this episode, with the Avengers disbanded, a new team – the Mighty Avengers – steps in to take their place in the all-new MARVEL’S AVENGERS: ULTRON REVOLUTION airing Saturday, January 28 at 11:30am/10:30c on Disney XD.

Marvel’s Avengers: Ultron Revolution – “Civil War Part Three: The Drums of War”

When Inhumans are mind-controlled into attacking humans, the Avengers must stop the war between humans and Inhumans in the all-new MARVEL’S AVENGERS: ULTRON REVOLUTION airing Saturday, January 28 at 12:00pm/11:00c on Disney XD.

Marvel’s Avengers: Ultron Revolution – “Civil War Part Four: Avengers Revolution”

The Avengers, old and new, must find a way to free the Inhumans and the world from Ultron’s control in the all-new MARVEL’S AVENGERS: ULTRON REVOLUTION airing Saturday, January 28 at 12:30pm/11:30c on Disney XD.
