Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri spark widespread havoc in the fantastic red band trailer for Martin McDonagh’s starry crime thriller.

Headed up by Frances McDormand as Mildred Hayes, Three Billboards is a black comedy and proud of it, with enough cussing and shenanigans to warrant an R rating ten times over. Directing from his own script, McDonagh’s latest creative venture orbits around Mildred Hayes, who takes it upon herself to raise awareness for her daughter’s murder case months after it was willfully tossed to the side by the local police department. The result is, well, three rather incendiary billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri that in turn spur the police force into action. Thrust into the midst of that storm is Chief William Willoughby (Han Solo star Woody Harrelson), who struggles to keep a lid on things once Hayes’ campaign for justice begins to take hold.
