Force Friday II is merely hours away, and that means Disney and Lucasfilm are poised and ready to unleash a new line of merchandise that places a particular emphasis on Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Rian Johnson’s sci-fi blockbuster that’s been penciled in for mid-December.

Earlier today, for instance, we caught a glimpse of Hasbro’s exhaustive lineup, which features everything from big-name characters to Stormtroopers to those delightful little porgs. One thing that wasn’t revealed, though, was Hasbro’s six-inch Star Wars: The Black Series line. Thankfully, the folks over at io9 were on-hand to dish out the details, which includes up-close looks at the villainous toys making their way onto store shelves from tomorrow, September 1st.

Arguably the most eye-catching figure belongs to Supreme Leader Snoke, who can be seen perched on a suitably massive throne. Andy Serkis’ humanoid alien is said to be around seven feet in height, so it’s only fitting that Snoke’s chair reflects his enormity. Expect this particular toy to launch via GameStop this fall season for $35. Meanwhile, those 6″ Elite Praetorian Guards ($20) are exclusive to Amazon, while Walgreens has the $20 Obi-Wan Kenobi figure. It’s based on his appearance in Empire Strikes Back, so don’t get too excited about a surprise appearance come December.

As this is Force Friday eve, expect additional toys and tie-in merch for The Last Jedi to emerge over the coming days. It’s a full weekend dedicated to all things Star Wars then, as evidenced by this remarkable, 7,541-piece LEGO set of the Millennium Falcon, the best damn hunk of junk in the galaxy.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi will see release on December 15th. So far, Disney and Lucasfilm have only shared that one teaser for Rian Johnson’s blockbuster, so we imagine a full-length trailer is in the can for either September or October. We will, as always, be bringing you all the latest Star Wars news nuggets as more information comes to light.
