The cast for the fourth installment in the Bourne series is still growing. Stacy Keach, who was just seen in FX’s recently canceled boxing drama Lights Out, has just signed on for an unknown role in The Bourne Legacy, according to Latino Review.

It is believed that Keach’s role will be similar to that of Joan Allen and Albert Finney, both of who return for this entry. The rest of the cast includes Jeremy Renner as the lead, Edward Norton as the main villain, Oscar Isaac as a brainwashed assassin and Rachel Weisz in an unknown role.

The Bourne Legacy will not feature the Jason Bourne character, but will tell a story that has Renner playing a new assassin trained in the Treadstone program.

Tony Gilroy, who wrote the screenplays for the three previous films, will serve as writer once again and also take over the director’s chair. Filming is scheduled to begin in the fall and the movie is scheduled for a release date of August 3, 2012.
