Amid all of the hype and excitement coming out of last week’s full trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi, IMAX cut through the noise to unveil its official standee for the Rian Johnson-directed sequel.

And this being a Star Wars film, it didn’t take long before the Internet ran over each standee with a fine-tooth comb, taking note of Poe Dameron’s curious new necklace and the Fathiers, a species of lightning-fast aliens that reside in and around the casino city of Canto Bight.

How do we know? Well, The Resistance Broadcast podcast (via Star Wars News Net) has noticed that the Fathiers are actually hiding in plain sight, and if you peer close enough, you’ll see that Finn and Rose – John Boyega and Kelly Marie Tran, respectively – are both straddling one as though it were a horse. Providing those story rumors for The Last Jedi are on point, the Fathiers are of particular interest to the “rich assholes” of Canto Bight, as they’re exploited for gambling purposes.

Not only that, but we imagine Finn and Rose’s decision to ride one acts as part of The Last Jedi‘s bizarre chase sequence, which will, in turn, play into Finn’s “dark mission.”

Pretty cool, no? Each new entry in the Star Wars universe tends to bring with it a horde of new aliens, and The Last Jedi is no different. From the Porgs to those ancient caretakers populating Ahch-To, Rian Johnson’s sequel is packed to the rafters when it comes to weird and wonderful extra-terrestrials, which only has us all the more excited for its winter release.

The Last Jedi shoots for theaters on December 15th. Elsewhere in the rebooted Star Wars universe, Lucasfilm has confirmed that Ron Howard’s anthology pic will release as Solo: A Star Wars Story in 2018, which means the first teaser trailer shouldn’t be too far away. Keep your peepers peeled.
