In light of last Sunday’s “deeply troubling” accusation, in which Star Trek: Discovery‘s Anthony Rapp claimed Kevin Spacey tried to “seduce” him when he was only 14-years-old, the disgraced House of Cards actor now faces more allegations of sexual misconduct.

Deadline reports that Harry Dreyfuss, son of actor Richard Dreyfuss, has accused Spacey of molesting him in 2008, when he was only 18-years-old. It was when his father was appearing in Complicit, a play directed by the American Beauty star, and according to Harry, Richard was in the room at the time of the incident.

“It happened one night when the three of us were alone in Kevin’s apartment rehearsing my father’s lines. My father didn’t see, and I didn’t tell him about the incident for many years,” he said. “Instead, I spent the next nine years telling people the story at parties for laughs. Kevin Spacey is a sexual predator. But I still never thought talking about it seriously was ever an option.”

As for what exactly Spacey did, Harry says the actor unexpectedly put his hand on his thigh and then when he tried to move to another seat, he followed him:

“Kevin followed me, sat down, and with considerable effort, slid his hand between my right hand and my right leg. He’d snuck in.”

Harry says that at the time, it didn’t even occur to him what Spacey may be trying to do, and he didn’t want to say anything for fear of threatening the play.

“It just never occurred to me that Kevin would be interested in me in the first place,” he says. “He was an adult man, a hero of mine, my dad’s boss, none of which were categories on my radar for sexual interactions. Besides, I thought surely he can’t be coming on to me like this right in front of my dad. But his hand stayed there.

I was unable to process what was happening: My dad and I were pretending to be lovers in a play while Kevin Spacey was trying to seduce me and all the while in real life I was a hapless, straight virgin who just wanted to become a famous actor. I didn’t think there was anything I could do short of alerting my dad to what was happening. But I didn’t want to start a feud between them. I didn’t want the play to be threatened.”

These are just the latest in a long line of disturbing allegations – allegations that prompted Netflix to suspend all production on House of Cards for the foreseeable future and fire the actor from the show. Since then, the online streamer has been mulling over multiple spinoff series, but at the moment, it’s unclear where things will go from here for the critically acclaimed political drama.

As for Kevin Spacey, since his apology last Sunday, in which he came out as gay for the first time – something that was openly slammed by the LGBT community – the actor is now said to be seeking “evaluation and treatment.” Though should these claims hold true, we imagine there’s no coming back from this.
