New Infographic Highlights Every Single Marvel Cinematic Universe Villain

There are a heck of a lot of heroes occupying the Marvel Cinematic Universe at this point, as the franchise has grown exponentially since Tony Stark first invented his Iron Man armor a decade ago. But at the same time, these heroes wouldn't be anything without their enemies, and a ton of supervillains have appeared in the MCU over the past ten years as well. So many, in fact, that it's easy for even the most ardent Marvel fan to lose track of them.

So many, in fact, that it’s easy for even the most ardent Marvel fan to lose track of them.

If that’s you, then you’re in luck, as a new and exhaustive infographic features every supervillain in the MCU, counting not only the movies but every TV show to date, too. Not to mention, it’s already covered the villains in upcoming releases, like Michael B. Jordan’s Erik Killmonger from February’s Black Panther. Redditer MurdochManila first brought it to our attention and you can check out a mobile/desktop friendly version here.

To handle the overwhelming number of villains, the infographic splits them up into different categories, including ‘Evil Alliances,’ ‘Minor Threats,’ ‘Enforcers,’ ‘Co-Conspirators’ and finally, ‘Big Bads.’ Obviously, Thanos the Mad Titan gets the most substantial entry, as he’s the biggest, baddest villain out there. As well as being factually helpful, the infographic is also made with a sense of humour, as the character descriptions are often light-hearted. For instance, the note that “dermatologists hate” Thanos or the joke about Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.‘s Aida being like “Ultron on a TV budget.”

What’s cool about the infographic is that the creator is continually updating it to make sure that it remains complete. So expect it to be revised in the near future to include the Pride and Jonah from Hulu’s Runaways. In the meantime, the wait continues for the big finale to every single thing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe up to this point: Avengers: Infinity War, which arrives on May 4th.
