Futuristic warfare looks chaotic, challenging and very technological. At least, if this four-minute demo for Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is to be believed. Within its content is a look at a bunch of different aspects of the game’s multiplayer, including hacking, gunplay, weaponry and intel.

Listen as a member of the development team discusses the ideas behind each implemented concept, speaking about the pros and cons to different moves. From the sounds of it, being suppressed will be a real pain, just like in real-life.

Also, the new hacking system sounds quite cool, though only if you’re the technological aggressor in the situation. Taking a quote out of the video, “You don’t want to be hacked.”

It really makes you think about the future of warfare. Thanks for making the cogs turn Ubisoft.
