According to /Film, Bruce Willis, star of the Die Hard franchise, wants to make two more Die Hard films (Die Hard 5 and Die Hard 6) before he steps away from the franchise. During press conferences for Red, Willis was asked about the future of the series and he had the following to say about it.

“I want to do Die Hard 5, then one final Die Hard movie — Die Hard 6 — before finally hanging that white vest up for good. At the moment, I can run and I can fight on screen. But there will come a time when I no longer want to do that. That’s when I’ll step away from the Die Hard films.”

Apparently Willis is aware that producer’s can easily replace him so he’d like to do at least two more before the franchise moves on. To be honest though, the franchise wouldn’t be half as good without Willis.

I’d certainly like to see him to do more. Not one of the Die Hard films has been bad. Some aren’t as good as others and the first is still the best, but they’re all great action flicks and John McLane is one of the best action heroes out there.

What do you think? Do you want to see Willis do two more films for the franchise?
