Those who would love to play a new Kirby title but don’t want an adorably yarn-filled game were excited to find out that Nintendo had revealed a new Kirby game at E3 2011. Now we know when you can play it: October 24th.

Kirby’s Return to Dream Land is built reminiscent of the first Kirby platformers. The big difference with this one is that it also features 4-player co-op, something that seems to be strangely dwindling from video games today.

It was also announced that Kirby will be on hand at PAX Prime, along with Kirby: Mass Attack, Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Fortune Street, Dragon Quest Monsters Joker 2, Super Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7 and Kid Icarus: Uprising.

What say you, gamers? Looking forward to a new Kirby adventure?
