My Week With Marilyn is another one of those Fall films that has an awful lot of buzz surrounding it. The period piece starring Michelle Williams as Marilyn Monroe is being backed by The Weinstein Company and it has a rather impressive supporting cast.

Eddie Redmayne, Kenneth Branagh, Judi Dench, Dominic Cooper, Emma Watson and Julia Ormond will all be behind Williams as she takes us through a week in the life of the famous pop icon. It follows Monroe during her trip to England where she shot Laurence Olivier‘s The Prince and the Showgirl.

Set to hit theatres on November 4th, this one has me intrigued not only because of the subject material, but for the fantastic cast, particularly Dominic Cooper, who after seeing The Devil’s Double and meeting him, I’ve become a big fan of.
