Alden Ehrenreich’s young scoundrel steps up to the plate in this brand new TV spot for Solo: A Star Wars Story, Lucasfilm and Ron Howard’s anthology pic that finds itself behind both Avengers: Infinity War and Deadpool 2 on Hollywood’s release schedule.

Not that it matters, really, as a Star Wars movie about the galaxy’s greatest smuggler ought to have film fans flocking to their local theater en masse. Couple this legacy with Solo‘s A-list cast (read: Emilia Clarke, Woody Harrelson and Donald Glover…to name but three) and you have all the makings of a pre-summer hit. And let’s not forget about the blistering action under the hood, as today’s all-new promo teases Falcons, bounty hunters and a very familiar walking carpet. Oh, and Lando Calrissian. Because we can’t forget Glover’s ice-cool smuggler.

Much like Rogue One before it, Solo is a decidedly old-school addition to Disney’s burgeoning Star Wars franchise, so it should come as no surprise that the vast majority of the spinoff’s story takes place at a time when the Galactic Empire is just beginning to reach the height of its powers. It’s also largely devoid of Jedi (at least so far as we can tell), opening up the field for a deep dive into the galaxy’s criminal underworld.

Also on board are Woody Harrelson, Emilia Clarke, Donald Glover, Thandie Newton, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Joonas Suotamo and Paul Bettany as a seedy gangster known as Dryden Vos, whose villainy is matched only by those nasty facial scars.

Cometh the hour, cometh the Han. Look for Solo: A Star Wars Story to whisk viewers off on an intergalactic journey from May 25th.
