First Spider-Man: Far From Home Trailer Coming This Week

SuperBroMovies is reporting that the very first trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home will be swinging online this coming week.

The wait for the Avengers: Endgame trailer was unbelievably long and painful, but the unexplained absence of the Spider-Man: Far From Home preview might be just as bad. At least the Endgame promo remained mysterious right up until its reveal, whereas Far From Home has already been screened to those who attended CCXP in Brazil last month, meaning we know that it’s out there but for some reason, we’re not yet allowed to see it.

If it really is out there though, then where is it and why hasn’t it hit the web yet? Well, the most common theory is that Marvel wants to maximize the amount of hype they get from the Endgame trailer. It seems that for the moment, at least, they want the conversation to be all Endgame, all the time. But it seems that the next Avengers movie may have to move out of the spotlight soon, as we’re finally about to lay eyes on Spidey’s next big screen adventure.

Though Sony has yet to confirm it, SuperBroMovies claims that they’ve learned that the first trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home will be with us on Tuesday, January 15th. An exact time wasn’t provided for when it’ll drop, but 9am EST seems likely given past releases. As soon as something’s confirmed though, we’ll be sure to let you know.

In the meantime, both the trailer screened at CCXP and the accompanying panel have already provided fans with plenty to get excited about. For one thing, the footage apparently teased that the inevitable romance between Peter Parker and Michelle “MJ” Jones is finally underway. And speaking of pair-ups, we also know that Spidey will form an unlikely partnership with Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio, as the two of them join forces to fight Elementals across Europe – before the latter goes on to take a turn to the dark side, of course.

And we’ll get to witness all that for ourselves – or at least, glimpses of it – when the film’s first trailer arrives online this coming Tuesday, before Spider-Man: Far From Home hits theaters on July 5th.
