Evidently the airline will be getting a little product placement in the Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel, and so they’ve added to the recent hype around the movie with this image of Peter and his best friend Ned Leeds sitting in one of their planes and looking at something unusual off-camera.

Presumably, the pair will be flying United as part of their school trip to Europe, which will also see the likes of Michelle “MJ” Jones, Eugene “Flash” Thompson, Betty Brant, and their teacher Mr. Harrington coming along. Going by the new trailer, Peter embarks on this journey hoping to take a break from Spider-Man, only for Nick Fury to rope him into a new job fighting Elementals across Europe.

Why exactly the former director of S.H.I.E.L.D. picked a superpowered schoolboy for the task as opposed to one of his adult friends remains unclear, but as Tom Holland and Jake Gyllenhaal explained at last month’s CCXP, the film will see Spider-Man and Mysterio in an unlikely partnership that, given the pair’s comic book history, probably isn’t going to end well. At the same time, it looks like this trip will see Peter’s relationship with MJ develop further, and from what we saw in the recently released international trailer, we can probably expect Ned and Betty to pair up as well.

We’ll learn what else Europe has in store for Peter and his classmates when Spider-Man: Far From Home hits theaters on July 5th, 2019, but not before we find out how the wall-crawler is back in the world of the living when Avengers: Endgame comes out on April 26th.
