A new international banner for Avengers: Endgame has surfaced over on Instagram today and it shows us the full line-up of heroes ready for action, including one notable addition.
Against a backdrop that teases the upcoming journey into space, we can see Phase 1 stars like Iron Man and Captain America, as well as newcomer Captain Marvel, among many others. But the one inclusion that’s perhaps drawing the most attention is another new look at that upgraded version of the Hulkbuster armor, which we first laid eyes on last week and is seen here once again in all its glory.
Of course, given that the entire team is assembled on this poster, it’s unclear who could be wearing the suit. Bruce is obviously the natural guess, seeing as he piloted it in last year’s Avengers: Infinity War, though it’s safe to assume that he’ll be getting over his transformation difficulties in Endgame, meaning that the armor will become unnecessary.
Stark’s also an obvious candidate, but then again, Iron Man’s suits don’t always need someone inside them to function, so maybe we’re asking the wrong question here. Regardless, it’s nice to see the Hulkbuster armor again as it may well be the final time it shows up in the MCU. And you can bet that it’ll be put to good use, too. After all, Earth’s Mightiest Heroes are going to need all the firepower they can get if they’re to take down a certain Mad Titan – especially since he’ll be arming himself with two new weapons.
Whether they’ll succeed or not, we can’t say just yet, but we’ll find out later this month when Avengers: Endgame arrives on April 26th and demolishes the box office.
