Speaking to the outlet, the Nebula actress was asked about who’s going to live and die in Marvel’s Phase 3 finale. Unsurprisingly, there wasn’t much she could say on that particular subject, but she did offer some advise to filmgoers on how best to prepare for the 3-hour feature:

“What can I tell you? Here’s the part where I try to answer a question without saying anything at all. I think we’re warning people to bring tissues and diapers into the cinema (laughs). The diapers are because it’s over three hours long and you need to not leave because it’s going to be that good. I think you can expect incredible fight sequences, which is not a shocker. It’s going to be this amazing grand finale, and if you’ve been following these characters for the last 10 years, I think you’re going to leave overly satisfied.”

If you think that’s high praise, Gillan later went on to say that Endgame is going to be “the best superhero movie of all time.”

But going back to that “tissues and diapers” comment, there may be a surprising number of fans who genuinely consider that suggestion. For what it’s worth, co-directors Anthony and Joe Russo claimed earlier this year that almost none of their audience during test screenings got up to go to the bathroom. Still, some fans might be wishing that the brothers had taken the suggestion of an intermission a little more seriously.

As for the question of who’ll live and who’ll die, at this point, the many victims of Thanos’ snap are honestly looking a lot safer than the saga’s current survivors. Fans have been particularly nervous lately about the fate of Phase 1 heroes like Captain America and Iron Man, though the fact that Gillan has seen the script for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 suggests that Nebula may well live to see the MCU’s next era. Regardless, we’ll find out if fans are as satisfied with Avengers: Endgame as Gillan says they’ll be when the film hits theaters on April 26th.
