Gorgeous New Spider-Man: Far From Home Posters Swing Onto The Web

With Avengers: Endgame disappearing from everyone's rear view, it seems that the MCU’s popularity level has reached an all-time high, and it looks like Marvel is looking to capitalize on the hype with Spider-Man: Far From Home. Even though the studio's latest film is still chugging along in theaters (and is set to break the box office record for the highest-grossing movie of all time), fans are curious to see how the franchise will look moving forward.

In fact, Sony and Marvel have already shed some light on a few of the changes on the horizon, thanks to a rather spoiler-heavy trailer which debuted a few weeks ago. Not only did the new video reveal the existence of Mysterio and the Multiverse (though some fans are under the impression that the trickster is simply pulling the wool over S.H.I.E.L.D.’s eyes), but it seems Michelle “MJ” Jones has already deduced Spider-Man’s true identity. Either way, it looks like they’ll all play a more prominent role in Far From Home, as evidenced in a few recently-released posters.

Seen in the gallery above, Sony and Marvel shared a handful of new promotional one-sheets today that show Spider-Man, Nick Fury, MJ and Mysterio posing in front of a few prominent landmarks and buildings, all of which will (presumably) be featured as part of a school trip to Europe. By the nature of random chance (or rather, deliberate screenwriting), Peter, his best friend Ned, and a few of his close classmates were all victims of Thanos’ snap. As a result, when they came back into existence at the end of Avengers: Endgame, all of the youngsters hadn’t aged, which means they can conveniently pick right back up where they left off.

With Parker’s secret out of the bag, it’ll also be interesting to see how his and MJ’s relationship will bloom (or fall apart). Thankfully, we won’t have to wait long to find out how things develop, as Spider-Man: Far From Home hits theaters on July 2nd.
