It’s time to begin assembling your best and most trustworthy PSN crew. Your rescheduled robbery attempt date has become concrete. Sony has announced that Payday: The Heist will be available on PSN next Tuesday, October 18. At least, in North America. European gamers will have to wait for their region-specific release date.

The interesting, first-person shooter/robbery simulator will allow for some high-stakes co-operative gameplay. It will include six heists, including one which takes place in a slaughter house. You can take a look at a clip from it below.

Those who purchased all of the PlayStation Network PLAY titles during the recent downloadable game promotion, will still be entitled to a free PSN download of Payday: The Heist.

Steam users should take note that the PC version is still due sometime this month.
