Capcom has finalized a deal with Nyu Media to starting bringing Japanese indie games to North American and European PCs this week, through a plethora of digital distribution platforms. The first title to get the Nyu treatment will be Satazius which will hit Steam, Direct2Drive, GamersGate, Impulse, GameTap, Origin and Wild Tangent on December 20th for a pittance of $5.99.

Satazius is an old-school 2D shooter in the veins of R-Type. As with most of the smaller Japanese smaller titles, you can expect smooth gameplay mixed with unforgiving enemies and levels. I can’t wait, how about you?
